What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks the body uses to make proteins. They occur naturally throughout the body, where they act as tiny messengers, carrying signals from one cell to another.
That messenger role is what makes them so interesting. Unlike a supplement, which is essentially raw material that has to be broken down and used, a peptide works by signalling, binding to a specific receptor and prompting a response the cell already knows how to carry out. It's that precise, targeted signalling that's made peptides one of the most studied areas in modern science, from cellular repair to metabolism.

We built pep.LAB because the gap between what the research shows and what most wellness brands actually deliver is enormous. Our job is to close that gap, properly.
I didn't find peptides in a lab. I found them after a long road. I spent nine years in the British Army, two tours of Iraq, one of Afghanistan. I came home with severe PTSD, injuries that never fully healed, and years of chronic pain and sleepless nights. For a long time, that was just life.
When my service ended, I started over. I retrained in medicine, spent more than seven years in the NHS, and worked the last three as a pain management consultant, sitting across from people struggling the same way I once had.
That's where I came across peptides. The more I learned, the more I felt they were being overlooked, and the more frustrated I got at how hard it was to find ones you could actually trust.
So I started pep.LAB. I'm based in Dubai now, and I built it around one simple idea: only offer peptides I'd put my own name to, premium purity, third-party tested, and honest about what's in the vial.

I run the branding and operations side of pep.LAB. I don't usually take on outside projects, but when Imran approached me a few months ago, this one stuck. The more I heard, especially the stories from people whose lives had changed, the more I wanted in.
Imran sources the products and stands behind what goes into every vial. My job is everything around that: building the brand, running the operations, and making sure that from the moment you land on the site to the moment your order arrives, the experience is as solid as the peptides themselves.
I believed in it enough to leave everything behind in the UK and move to Dubai to help build it properly.
